Can I make my Lite Bulb Moments products connect to a 5Gz network?

No, Lite bulb moments products only connects via the 2.4 GHz network. Also, be aware that our products work best if the router is set to g/n by default.

Can I connect Lite Bulb Moments products to more than one device?

Yes. Install the Lite App on your device and log in with the same username as the person who paired the product.

What happens if I change my router?

If you change your router, you may need to reset your products, which will enable you to connect to a new network.

How do I reset my smart products?

Complete these steps to reset your device

  • Turn your bulb on and of 3 times on your wall switch
  • The bulb starts to flash white quickly
  • The product has now been reset, and is ready to reconnect
  • Follow the steps in the Lit App to get your device set up.

Do I need an Internet connection for my device to work?

No, you do not. You can control the products as long as you are connected to the router regardless if the router is connected to the internet or not.

You will, however, not be able to control the light while not physically present at your home. This functionality works via the internet.

Do Lite Bulb Moments products work with Alexa, Google Home and Apple HomeKit?

All devices work with Alexa & Google Home but currently do not work with Apple HomeKit

Can I control my Light Bulb Moments devices when I’m not at my home?

Yes, as long as both your mobile device as well as the router in your home is connected to the internet.

Do I need a Hub (Zigbee)

No, all Lite Bulb Moments products use Wi-Fi and do not require a hub to operate.

Can the Lite Bulb Moments products be used outside?

All our products are designed for indoor use, unless stated on the packaging.

Will my Lite Bulb Moments product work with my current dimmer switches?

No. Using a normal dimmer switch will cause the bulbs to either flicker or break early and is not covered by the warranty. Do not use with a standard dimmer switch. Use an LED dimmer switch.

How many Lite Bulb Moments products can I connect to my network?

Depending on your network you should be able to connect up to 100 bulbs. (Please check your ISP & network settings before installation).

On top of this you can add a range of Switches, Sockets, Sensors & Security cameras from other vendors than Light Bulb Momemts.

How long will my Lite Bulb Moments product last for?

Lite Bulb Moments bulbs last up to 25 years. All LED bulbs produced by Nordic Smartlights are up to 80% more power efficient than traditional incandescent, saving both you and the environment./p>

For reference, an incandescent bulb will on average last anywhere between 1 and 2 years when used 3 hours every day on average.

What happens if there is a power cut?

No power means no light, as the Lite Bulb Moments bulbs works with no internal battery. Once the power comes back on your lights will illuminate, and you can then use your mobile device again to adjust the lights.

Nej, det gør du ikke. Du kan fortsat kontrollerer dine produkter, så længe du fortsat er tilkoblet routeren.

Du kan dog ikke kontrollerer dine produkter fra din telefon, hvis du er væk fra dit hjem uden internetforbindelse.

Du har også brug for en internetforbindelse, når du konfigurerer dit smart produkt.

Arbejder Lite Bulb Moments produkter med Alexa, Google Home og Apple HomeKit?

Alle produkter fungerer med Alexa og Google Home, men fungerer i øjeblikket ikke med Apple HomeKit.

Kan jeg styre alle mine Lite Bulb Moments produkter på min Lite app, når jeg ikke er hjemme?

Ja, forudsat at din telefon og routeren i dit hjem har en internetforbindelse, kan du kontrollere og få adgang til alle produkter.

Afhængigt af dit netværk, er du i stand til at oprette forbindelse til 100 pærer. (Kontroller dine ISP- og netværksindstillinger før installation).

Derudover kan du tilføje en række kontakter, stikkontakter, sensorer og sikkerhedskameraer.

Hvor længe holder mine Lite Bulb Moments produkter?

Lite Bulb Moments pærer kan leve op til 25 år. Alle LED-pære produceret af Nordic Smartlight bruger 80 procent mindre strøm end en traditionel glødepære, og er derfor langt mere økonomisk for både dig og miljøet.

Til sammenligning holder en almindelig glødepære i gennemsnit mellem 1 og 2 år, baseret på brug 3 timer om dagen.

Hvad sker der, hvis der er strømafbrydelse?

Ligesom alle andre pærer vil dine lys slukke, hvis der ikke er strøm. Når strømmen kommer tilbage, vil dine pære lyse og du kan derefter bruge din mobile enhed igen til at justere lysene.
